The Capitals have a 2 on 1 here and they try to go five hole but Veazey shuts down the attack in a hurry.Later I the period Veazey uses the pad for the first save, she keeps her head and gloves down the rebound to keep the game scoreless in the first.Later in the period the Capitals have ANOTHER wide open chance but Veazey was having none of it untillate in the period Oahe is on the attack again, Emily Webber maneuvers her way past two defenders and buries the wrister. The Capitals take a 1-0 lead. That game was 2-0 Oahe during the first intermission.
