Roads slicken in recent snowfall
Thursday, 27 December 2012 12:10
Almost all roads in western South Dakota are showing the effects of a weather system that has dropped snow on the area.  Interstate 90 has scattered ice and snow with slippery spots all the way from the Wyoming border to the Missouri River.

All other highways in the Black Hills area also show ice, and packed snow, with slippery conditions.  Highways in the Central Black Hills are wet and slippery.  As always, call the South Dakota Department of Transportation's road condition hotline at 511, or go to safetravelusa.com before heading out on the roads.
