, which carries up to ten years in prison, and making false claims, which carries up to five years behind bars.

Prosecutors say Feldman submitted more than 4,000 false claims over a four year period, which added up to more than $360,000.

Judge Janine Kern sentenced Feldman to 15 years in prison with that entire sentence suspended. However, Feldman will serve 180 days in jail and has been ordered to pay restitution and complete 300 hours of community service.
