GILLETTE, Wyo. (AP) _ A Gillette man is accused of stealing a neighbor's belongings while she was attending her grandmother's funeral in Casper. Thirty-year-old Christopher Cermak later returned the items, including dirty dishes, saying he thought they had been abandoned. The woman was in the process of moving at the time of the theft in July. When she returned home she told police that four packed boxes were gone along with vacuum cleaner and a flat-screen television. Her blinds were also gone and replaced with a few broken sets. The Gillette News Record reported Wednesday that Cermak and another man delivered the items back to the woman's apartment by the time police arrived. Some of the dishes were used and the television was damaged. Cermak faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted. AP-WF-11-08-12 1835GMT<
