The Pennington County State's Attorney's Office says they've concluded their investigation into another Rapid City shooting, calling it "justifiable homicide." The investigation stems from a September incident in which investigators say Dallas Two Bulls made forcible entry into a home on Riley Court in Rapid City.

State's Attorney Glenn Brenner says the homeowner, 69-year-old Thomas Wilson, was in fear for his life and shot Two Bulls with a 9mm pistol.

Brenner says, "The facts of the case indicate this was an assault that Mr. Dallas Two Bulls had come in, retrieved a baseball bat that was in the hands of Mr. Wilson and proceeded to beat Mr. Wilson significantly and severely, placing Mr. Wilson in the hospital."

Toxicology reports indicated that Two Bulls, Wilson and a guest were all intoxicated at the time of the incident. Brenner says Wilson is still recovering from his injuries.
