Cowboys hog tie the Yellowjackets

Up in Spearfish head coach John Reiners is getting tired of moral victories, he wants a "W". We're in the first quarter of play, Ward Anderson hits his favorite receiver, Daniel Hancock on the slant.

Hancock takes a shot but it's a first down for the Jackets. Later in the game it's fourth and 1 for the Cowboys and trick or treat? They go to the bag of tricks and fake the punt, that's good for a first down. The drive would result in a 40 yard field goal from Jimmie Roberts, it's 3-0 New Mexico Highlands. On the next drive Black Hills State goes no huddle. Anderson hooks up with Hancock again. Hancock had 14 catches for 144 yards on the afternoon. That drive would end with a 21 yard field goal from Devin Rounds to tie the game at three apiece. New Mexico Highlands would use a 22 point 4th quarter to pull away from the Yellowjackets this afternoon, they would win the game 46-31.
