The Sheriff's Office says the fire was intentionally started by 29-year old Joseph Hodges while his live-in girlfriend and another man were inside. They were both able to get out without any injuries. Hodges was later arrested and charged with first degree arson and reckless burning. The arson charge carries a penalty of up to 25 years in prison while the reckless burning charge could carry up to ten years if he's convicted.
