The South Dakota Department of Corrections says it is looking for a missing state prison inmate who failed to return to the Rapid City Minimum Unit from his work job Sunday afternoon. 51-year old John He Crow is a 5-foot-8 180 pound Native American man with black hair and brown eyes. He wears glasses. He Crow is serving a 6-year 11 month sentence for grand theft out of Pennington County. Contact law enforcement with information. |
