A Rapid City man is dead after a motorcycle crash Saturday afternoon.
27-year-old Michael Thomas Marozzo was riding east on Deerfield Road about three miles west of Hill City. The South Dakota Highway Patrol says Marozzo failed to negotiate a curve, leaving the road, traveling down an embankment, and striking several trees. The Highway Patrol says Marozzo was not wearing a helmet, and was pronounced dead after being transported to the hospital. The South Dakota Highway Patrol says they're still investigating the incident. -Brendyn Medina |
