Transit Division Manager Rich Sagen says, "We really had some areas that were not only under served, but really didn't have any service at all in the past. And we're able to use a considerable expansion with this, and we think we're going to be in some really lucrative areas for transit." R-T-S is offering free rides on all six routes through Saturday to introduce the new Coolidge Route to the public. Sagen says with free rides this week, the system has seen record-breaking days. About 21-hundred people have been transported over the last three days. Tessa Thomas |
