The carnival features many of the usual thrills including the famous Ferris Wheel, the Sky Master and the merry-go-rounds, but a newcomer to the Central States Fair says his 'Zip Line' is a ride that offers folks a break from the norm.

Amazing Concepts owner Jason McCulley says, "This is a new ride out here this year. Basically the other rides, you're just riding the ride. Here, you're actually becoming part of the entertainment for the fair atmosphere for everyone else, and everyone down below is going to be looking up, so not on are you enjoying yourself, you're becoming part of the entertainment for everyone else."

McCulley says more than 200 visitors have already taken the 750 foot ride above the fair's food midway.
