Cactus Moser, husband of Wynonna Judd, airlifted to RCRH after motorcycle accident near Hill City

First responders were called to the scene of a motorcycle accident involving the husband of country music singer and performer Wynonna Judd. The State Highway Patrol says the accident happened on Highway 16 near Hill City around 5 p.m. Saturday. Police say the accident only involved Judd's husband, Michael 'Cactus' Moser, who reportedly received extensive injuries to his left leg.

Judd was scheduled to perform Saturday evening at the Deadwood Mountain Grand, her website saying the show has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

A first responder on scene tells Black Hills FOX that Moser was alert and conscious as he was taken away via Life Flight to Rapid City Regional Hospital.
