And vendors say this year seems to be a rebound year.  Jim Nasi with Jim Nasi Customs says, "Well you know we got, everyone got kind of hit with the economy a while back and it just seems that every year now it's really coming back strong. I pulled in this morning and there was a huge line going all the way to the highway. It was great, a great sign."   Nasi says he comes all the way from Phoenix and says it's more than worth his while to make the trip each year.   Black Hills Harley is open 8 to 6 Monday through Saturday and 9 to 4 on Sunday with various events going on throughout Rally Week.
