Grilling history made in Sturgis

There's plenty to see and do and SMELL at the Rally this week.  Right now the city of Sturgis is home to the largest smoker and grill in the nation.T  he History Channel's Ultimate Smoker and Grill has been in town since Monday. Sturgis is the last stop on the 90-day tour for the History Channel crew.   And the thought of feeding thousands of bikers doesn't make these guys nervous. Rib Whisperer Trace Arnold says they have the ability to cook tremendous amounts of food.Arnold says, "It's 80 feet long, the grill is 4 feet by 10 feet. It'll do 1,000 hot dogs, 500 burgers, or 200 16 oz. ribeyes at one time. The smoker chamber will do 2,000lbs of brisket and sausage it'll hold 1,000lbs at a time. So we're cooking, we'll probably go through 4 or 5,000 sandwiches today alone."  The History Channel Ultimate Smoker and Grill will be at First and Lazelle until Friday this week giving out free sausage to all who are interested.
