It's a Blitz Build that started just over a week ago and in that time the Rapid City Central High School Class of 1977 has turned a bare foundation into a new home.  The Cobbler Class of '77 built the house for the Black Hills Area Habitat for Humanity.

At a special ceremony Sunday afternoon that house was officially dedicated to its new owner Vanessa Adams.Adams is a single mother raising 5 children and she says the house will mark a new beginning for her and her young family.

Adams says, "It means stability. It means not having to worry about where I'm going to go when I clock out and when I pick up my children. It means no more fast food. It means healthy meals for me and my kids. It means routine. We can get back on our routine, homework, chores, and all that."

Adams says there are still a few finishing touches that need to be put on the new home and she hopes to be all moved in within the next six weeks.
