The state argued against that reduction, saying they couldn't locate Dismounts Thrice for a couple of months, and said when they found him he was hiding and had meth with him. They also cited five previous felony convictions and said he's facing a potential of 210 years in prison with the addition of the new drug charges. Judge Craig Pfeifle agreed and kept Dismounts Thrice's bond at 100-grand. His trial is scheduled for September 17th. Jack Caudill |
