The Titans took a 2 to 0 lead after the first we're in the top of the second when Casey Pappenfuss singles sharply up the middle. On the next pitch Casey takes off but he didn't get a great jump and he gets mowed down by Cameron Frazier. And it's too bad because David Reinhardt blasts the next pitch past the diving shortstop. The left fielder was way out of position so this will turn into a stand up double for Reinhardt. Tyler Covell is up next and he puts a good swing on this pitch but it's right at the shortstop and that ends the inning. Bottom of the inning Danny Scott is in a little hot water after surrendering the lead off double but he pulls the string on the slider here and works out of the jam. Boulder would come back and win this game 8 to 7.
