The South Dakota Department of Corrections says a state prison inmate who failed to return to the Rapid City Minimum Unit of the Black Hills Correctional Transition Center is back in custody. When the DOC checked with his employer on Monday, they were told that 30–year old Justin Davis was not at the job site. He was reported to be back in custody Monday night. Davis is serving 5 years with three suspended for forgery out of Butte County.
