After pleading guilty to two child pornography charges in April, 22–year old Matthew Heinrich was back in court Friday morning for sentencing.   Seventh Circuit Judge Thomas Trimble gave Heinrich four years of probation with 30 days in the country jail.

And Doug Adair of Rapid City was hit with a ten year prison sentence Friday after pleading guilty to aggravated assault earlier this month.  Adair was accused of shooting another man in the side during an argument in the man's home in February.  Adair told Judge Trimble that he was drunk and emotional that night and what he did was inexcusable and out of character for him.
