The victim in Saturday's fatal accident in Wall has been identified as 27-year old Brandy Vermeulen from Walker Town, North Carolina.   The Pennington County Sheriff's Office says Vermeulen was killed in a vehicle-perdestrian accideent in the parking lot area behind the 500 block of Main Street in Wall at about 6:42pm Saturday night.  The Sheriff's Office says 28-year old Jerry Whitfield from Thomasville, North Carolina was arrested for vehicular homicide and DUI.  Whitfield is scheduled to make his first court appearance Tuesday morning.  The Sheriff's Office say Whitfield and Vermeulen were traveling together in a tractor/trailer.
