A Piedmont man already on parole on a second-degree manslaughter conviction for an accident that killed his three-year old daughter back in 2004 is heading back to jail for what prosecutors say is his fifth lifetime D-U-I 42-year old Raymond Salvas was sentenced to one-year in jail by Magistrate Judge Shawn Pahlke after being arrested for driving with a .199 blood alcohol level in November.
