The Rush actually lost the first two games of this road trip and, ironically, since losing Reaney and Schultz, the guys have since ripped off four wins in a row as both the offense and the defense have found a groove. Rapid City has outscored the competition 14-7 during the streak as Tim Boron and Danny Battochio have combined to limit the competition to just 1.4 goals per game and Scott Wray has been an unstoppable force for the Rush who's two most impressive wins coming over second place Evansville in their barn on Friday and Saturday night. Let's take a quick look at the Turner conference standings. The Rush have jumped over a reeling Quad City team that has lost 6 of it's last 9 games. Ft. Wayne has leapt back into first place after the Rush took care of the Icemen this weekend but Evansville still sits a mere two points behind the Komets. Missouri has proven that they will be a team to contend with in the Turner Conference and then there's the Rush sitting in fourth place. The guys will play one more road game at Missouri before returning home for a two game set at the Civic Center with the Mavs on Thursday and Friday night.
