Saint Thomas More athletes sign letters of intent

Across town at Saint Thomas More, three more young men made their collegiate decisions, including Taton Bolton whose future as a pediatric surgeon will take him to South Dakota Mines.

Bolton says, 'The thing that attracted me the most is the integrity Coach Collins shows. It hasn't been the best program in the past, and it looks like he's on the way up and he really knows what he's talking about. He'll look you in the eye when he talks to you and that shows great integrity and that's very attractive to me.'

Teammate Austin Schmidt is heading to Northern State where he will pursue either physical therapy or chiropractic. Family ties made Aberdeen the right decision for Austin.

Schmidt says, 'The main thing that drew me to Aberdeen was the way the FB program is going right now, they're on the improvement. I like the coaching staff and I have a lot of family in the area so that was really a driving force to make me go there.'

Wide receiver Jeremy Henderson will follow in the footsteps of several previous Cavaliers who chose to head to the University of South Dakota. Henderson will major in Computer Science.

Henderson says, 'I definitely gotta bulk up to get ready for the football season, but I'm just gonna do the best I can for them and see how I can help them out.'
