Investigators say at about 1 p.m. the man was in the parking lot behind 1575 LaCrosse Street when a sudden medical condition caused him to jump the curb at the backside of the parking lot. The vehicle rolled down the hill, slammed through a fence and came to a stop in the backyard of 1514 Racine Street. Investigators estimate the property damage at about $600 and the damage to the vehicle at around $4,000. The man was taken to Rapid City Regional Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
