The South Dakota Lottery says Robert Fayette of Hot Springs claimed his $30,000 Mega Millions lottery prize on Monday.   Fayette matched four of five white ball numbers and the Mega Ball to win the game's $10,000 third prize.  But since Fayette bought the $1 Megaplier option and the Megaplier drawn was three, his prize was tripled to $30,000.  He purchased the winning ticket at Lynn's Dakotamart in Hot Springs.  The store gets a $3,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
