The U.S. Attorney's Office says a Mexican citizen will first spend time in prison and then be turned over for deportation for conspiring to distribute drugs in the Rapid City area. Armando Ixtlilco–Hernandez, 32, was sentenced to 17–and–a–half years in prison. He pleaded guilty to one court as part of a plea agreement in which other counts, including distribution of cocaine and methamphetamine, were dismissed. Associated Press |
