It's another unanimous "yes" vote for developers, giving them the final approval to build a second Walmart on Rapid City's south side. On Monday night, the Rapid City Council unanimously approved the tax increment financing district that would help pave the way for the second Walmart in Rapid. The $1.5-million dollar TIF will go towards the public infrastructure near the new supercenter. Construction is expected to start soon.
