It goes by code name "Operation Pharm School," an initiative to stop the illegal distribution of prescription drugs and methamphetamine in Custer County. And those behind the initiative have made a major bust. The Custer County State's Attorney's Office says ten county residents have been arrested and are now facing drug charges. They range in age from 17 to 74. State's attorney Matt Brown says, "Breaking this drug ring and arresting these drug dealers has been an act of community hygiene." Operation Pharm School has been a long–running investigation conducted by the state Division of Criminal Investigation. Justin Pazera |
