As the fall sports season rolls on, teams on the gridiron are looking for ways to put up more points.But on the links, they're doing just the opposite. Tuesday, the Central, Douglas and Saint Thomas More golf teams paid a visit to Meadowbrook, looking to keep the scores as low as possible.Pick it up on two, Central's Andrew Sullivan looking to save par has this one clip the edge but refuse to fall. He'll tap in for the bogey.Saint Thomas More's Alex Pappel have some troubles on two, but finishes strong. Pappel nails the 12-footer.Up to 3, Another Cobbler Jake Preble working onto the green with a beautiful pitch to get onto the green, but he'll two-putt to finish it out. Douglas' Brennan Bartos looking to finish on three.Sullivan staring down a lengthy putt for par and Sullivan comes through in fine style.Pappel still struggling a bit on three trying to save par, but can't get it to fall, he'll finish with a bogey. Central takes the team competition by 13 strokes, Cobbler Andrew Sullivan is your medalist with a 39.
