| PIERRE, S.D. (AP) _ An Eagle Butte man faces several federal charges including assault with intent to commit murder. Thirty-three-year-old Charles William Moran is accused in a four-count indictment of choking and kicking a woman at a house near Eagle Butte in north-central South Dakota last December.
