A couple of area collegiate athletes have ample reason to celebrate the Labor Day holiday after their efforts earned them Athlete of the Week honors in the conference.   Black Hills State linebacker Forest Sainsbury earned defensive player of the week honors in his team's overtime win over Wisconsin-Stout last Friday.  The former Harding County Rancher recorded eight solo tackles and two sacks.  Meanwhile, South Dakota Mines volleyball players Reanna Roberson and Rachel Pekarek also earned player of the week honors on the hardwood.
