Indiana Bones takes kids on journey through time
Thursday, 08 July 2010 15:17

They call it a journey through time, and the leader of that journey calls himself Indiana Bones.  He was enchanting kids Thursday at Rapid City's libraries, first downtown and then at the General Beadle Library in the afternoon.

With his trusty pet dragon, Draco the Sea Serpent, Indiana Bones told the kids about everything from dinosaurs to Greek myths.

In real life Indy is actually Emmy Award-winner Mike McCartney, a former PBS documentary producer who is now a full-time professional storyteller.
